In response to the evolving needs of LendInvest and the challenges of effectively communicating its diverse offerings in the dynamic UK FinTech sector, a critical issue emerged regarding the definition of the business's core identity since its inception in 2008. With the company catering to various audience segments, there was a noticeable struggle in articulating a cohesive brand message.
