about me
Living in London since 2014, I’m an experienced Product Designer who has contributed to making the UK a hub for the FinTech sector. Coming from Brasília, Brazil, I was raised surrounded by the city’s unique blend of futurist and brutalist architecture. Those modern shapes have been, in a way, a personal inspiration to push the boundaries of innovation.
My career took a significant turn when I joined LendInvest, a pioneering FinTech startup, where I was able to refine my skills in Product Design and Leadership. My contributions played a key role in propelling the company to rapid growth leading to its listing on the London Stock Exchange.
My ways of working focuses in cultivating high-performing teams, rooted in a human-centred approach that embraces the complexity of human behaviour.
As a big advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I launched initiatives such as the social committee, DE&I group, and LGBTQI+ representation at LendInvest, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I embarked on a personal project in Brazil, collaborating with the LGBTQI+ community to showcase and celebrate the rich talents of the favelas during Carnival.
Currently based in London, I am eager to explore remote opportunities worldwide and eager to discuss how my expertise can seamlessly align with business needs.
