efficiency eliminating duplicate work
LendInvest is already partnered with key sourcing systems such as "Knowledge Bank," where brokers typically consult and compare information across different lenders. However, keeping the business content up to date and aligned with the product offering and its updates has become challenging.
Knowledge Bank, a widely known sourcing system tool in the industry, already provides a good experience. To address this, I proposed a version of their criteria search with the LendInvest look and feel (UI). This gadget would then be available for the broker’s use.
client context
LendInvest offers a wide range of mortgage products. However, keeping the information of all those products up-to-date and consistent throughout all the different touch points became a consuming task. As the UK entered a period of economic instability, the business needed a way to have a straightforward review process of its commercial offering.
Previously, brokers were supplied with PDF documents to manually search for the relevant information about their client’s application before submitting a case. This inefficient process didn’t provide a good user experience, as most brokers would call the sales team for information
market ready but not released
The proposed solution aims to streamline the process of distributing content to various platforms by centralizing content management in a single environment. This would eliminate the need for repetitive work. The tool includes features such as a search bar, multi-product selection, and the ability to export/print only relevant information, which would make it easier for brokers to find the information they need.
Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, the project was unable to progress further.
